Safety
We recommend, that parents examine their children concerning bites of
ticks after each event.
For the treatment of minor injuries we always carry a first aid box with us. In the case of larger injuries we send for the ambulance and inform the parents - we are proud, that this never had to be done since the foundation of the Forest-Play-Group.
In the case of strong winds gusts or storms we have to mind falling down branches. We take gale warnings very seriously, change our lines or cancel the event if there is no other way.
In winter we also might cut the event short if we face extreme coldness.
The leaders always carry a cell phone for emergency calls.
